At GP Liaison Connect, we support general practices in professional development by providing clinical education meetings that are designed to meet RACGP CPD standards and are tailored to your education requirements. We also understand the need for accessible referral support.

• arrange for specialists to visit your practice for free lunchtime education meetings.

• provide opportunities for RACGP CPD free dinner meetings.

• facilitate communication between GPs and specialists.

• provide clear and accessible referral pathway information.

• keep you informed about available specialist services.

• facilitate contact with different specialists which can assist patient care when urgent referrals or advice is required.

Through clinical education we aim to support health professionals to foster collaborative partnerships, strengthening referral pathways and enhance the coordination of patient care.
