General Practices

At GP Liaison Connect, we support general practices in professional development by facilitating education meetings for which we provide administrative support so as they meet RACGP CPD standards. We also understand the need for accessible referral support.

That’s why we work closely with both general practices and specialists to:

• facilitate education meetings that meet the RACGP CPD standards.

• arrange for specialists to visit your practice for free lunchtime education meetings.

• facilitate opportunities for RACGP CPD free dinner meetings.

• facilitate communication between GPs and specialists.

• provide clear and accessible referral pathway information.

• keep you informed about available specialist services.

• facilitate contact with different specialists which can assist when urgent referrals or advice is required.

Through education we aim to support health professionals to foster collaborative partnerships and strengthen referral pathways.
